This Service allows you to have your songs Mixed & (or) Mastered by a professional mix (or) Mastering Engineer and obtain downloads of the mixed & mastered songs from either our email, dropbox or website.

Payment must be made in full before any work will begin on your material.

 Payments must be made via Paypal. Details will be sent to you after you have accepted the terms and conditions in writing.

We provide a collection of audio samples of our work.

We provide instructions on how to properly prepare and send your material for our Mixing and Mastering services. The client is responsible for following these directions before uploading any material. When using our services the client is responsible for the following:

    The quality of the recorded material and any instrumental backing tracks provided.

    The arrangement of vocal, instrumental, and any other portions of the song(s) being Mixed and (or) Mastered.

    Ensuring all editing, pitch correction, additional production, and other post-recording tasks are completed by the tracking engineer (unless we are being hired for those services).

    Ensuring all audio files needed for the service ordered are included.

    Ensuring the material has been prepared and sent correctly.

    Ensuring all notes and requests are included in detailed Order Requirements.

    Ensuring all spellings for the song name, artist name and other credits are correct.

    Ensuring contact information is provided and spelled correctly.

    Copyrights, ownership, and rights for any uploaded material.

If the client material is not prepared or uploaded correctly it will either not be accepted or the services will be rendered using the material provided they way it is received.

For Mixing and (or) Mastering, Turnaround time is the time to receive your FIRST Mix and (or) Master for review. Completion of this service depends on how many revisions are needed after you review your first mixed and (or) mastered song(s). Once you approve of your masters, a download link to the Hi-Res WAV file(s) will be delivered by email.

    Average turnaround time for Mixing and (or) Mastering is 3-7 business days. 

    Average turnaround time for Revision requests is 2-5 business days.

    All orders are rendered on a first come first serve basis.

    All turnaround times stated on our website or by email are only an estimation. In any event, the turnaround time may be extended any time after purchase.

    Rush Delivery may or may not be available.

    Any additional editing, pitch correction, or other services we are being hired for that are not Mixing and Mastering will add additional days to your Turnaround time. The amount of additional days may vary based on the additional work requested, and the amount of additional work involved in your project.

Each Mixing and (or) Mastering package includes a certain amount of revisions (as listed on the package).

    The revisions phase is designed for minor adjustments to your mix and (or) master.

    Below are the details of what IS and IS NOT included in your allowed revisions:

    Adjustments to the mix and (or) master (mix/master levels, individual instrument or vocal levels, EQ, compression, Reverb & Delay FX levels, etc.).

    Adding any new instruction that was not mentioned in the original order Form.

    Additional Production.

    Changes to the arrangement.

    Any type of additional editing, pitch correction, etc.

    New or replacement file submissions (Vocal files, instrument files, etc.).

    We send the “Full Mix”, which is all of the Mixed and (or) mastered songs.

    You spend up to 7 days gathering a list of minor revisions for each song (“Turn up the lead at 01:37. Turn down the backing vocals at 02:48” etc). We recommend listening on up to 5 different playback systems.

    You send in your list of revisions by replying to the email you received with your FIRST Mix and (or) Master for review.

    We add the revision request to our queue and complete it during the next available revision calendar slot.

    Rinse and repeat for revision round 2 and 3.

    By revision round 3, 99% of artists have a Mix and (or) Master that they are ready to receive final masters for. If you’re part of the 1% who need additional revisions, they can be completed for additional fees.

    The entire revision process must be completed within 30 days of first file delivery. After 30 days, the project will be marked as complete and the most recent version(s) will be delivered as the final master(s) and (or) mix(es).

Once You approve of your Mixed and (or) Mastered song(s), there is no longer the option to have anything changed (without incurring additional fees), even if additional free revisions remain.

Polygone Factory is not responsible for storage of client project files and (or) masters. Once your project is marked as completed, the material you’ve sent to us along with the project file(s) will be removed from our systems after 30 days. After this point, any services such as revisions, instrumental exports, performance backing track exports, or any other service will no longer be available for the specific song unless you resend your material and have the song Mixed and (or) Mastered again.

We sometimes offer sales and discounts for our services. These sales are only available for a limited time. When a client orders a service during the time of the sale, the client understands that the sale is final, meaning there will be no refunds or credit honored, even if the work has not yet been completed. The client also understands that there will be no set turnaround time for the order made during the sale. Rendering of orders made during a sale is done in first come first serve order. If rush delivery is available at the time of a sale, the price of the rush delivery will not be discounted.

Polygone Factory (polygonefactory.com) provides services that are electronic, non-tangible, irrevocable goods.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed at polygonefactory.com. We may issue credits for our services in the amount determined by us if a refund is requested. These credits can only be redeemed up to 5 days after being offered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from us. 

Client is responsible for reading and understanding the entire terms and conditions and refund policies. Client is also responsible for making sure all questions and concerns are answered before making an order at polygonefactory.com.

By processing an order and making payment at polygonefactory.com you automatically agree to all of these terms listed and the client states they have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Polygone Factory (polygonefactory.com) may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time and the changes are not prorated.
